Welcome to yogadesignlab.com (the "website"). Please review the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern your business relationship with Yoga Design Lab, Inc. (DBA Yoga Design Lab), having its principal place of business at 780 Corporate Woods Pkwy, Vernon Hills, IL, United States ("Yoga Design Lab") and your use and access to this Website, including your selection of products from this Website for purchase (collectively, "Agreement"). All sales are subject to Yoga Design Lab's Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, outlined herein. Yoga Design Lab may make changes to the information contained in this Website, or to the products and/or services described and contained herein, at any time and without notice. At Yoga Design Lab, Inc. (DBA Yoga Design Lab) ("Yoga Design Lab," "us", "our," or "we"), our goal is provide our users, customers, partners, and clients with the best yoga accessories. We're thrilled that you chose to use our websites ("Site" or "Sites"), and any of our other products and services we provide you (collectively, "Services") to help you craft a unique yoga experience.

Yoga Design Lab provides its Sites and other Services to its users to enhance their yoga experience by purchasing quality yoga products and engaging with our community.
Always consult your physician before starting a new exercise regimen. If you experience any pain, dizziness, discomfort or difficulty while using any Yoga Design Lab products, please stop and consult your physician. Engaging in any exercise regimen involves the risk of injury. Yoga Design Lab shall not be liable for any claims for injuries or damages resulting from or connected with the use of our Products.
Please note that all features, content, specifications of our Sites or other Services, and any products or prices described or depicted, are subject to change without notice. Also, the inclusion of any product or service does not imply or warrant that it will be available at any time.
While we strive to ensure that our Services and all other information we provide is complete, accurate, and current, some information provided may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date. We make no representation regarding the completeness or accuracy of any Services, or other information, content, advice, or recommendations made through the Site or Services. WHO CAN USE OUR SERVICES
All of Yoga Design Lab's Services – including the Site– are intended for adult audiences only and are not intended for or directed to anyone under 16 years of age. Therefore, no one under 16 years of age is allowed to create an account with Yoga Design Lab, make purchases from our Sites, or otherwise use our Services, including the Site. In addition, users must be over 18 years old to use several features of our Services ¬– including purchasing goods and accessing certain other Services. By using our Services, you attest that you are over 16 years of age, you can form a binding contract with Yoga Design Lab, and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
YOGADESIGNLAB.COM SECURITY POLICY
We make every effort to keep your information safe and secure while shopping. We protect your online order and personal information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. All the data that travels between your computer and our servers is SSL encrypted, and then stored on a computer that is not connected to the Web. To make sure you are accessing a secure server, look at the lower left or right hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. An un-broken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) indicates that SSL is active in your window. Some versions of browsers and firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you'll be unable to connect to the server so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection.

At yogadesignlab.com we do not have many cookies since we do not have onsite checkout and do not participate in retargeting marketing. There are a few cookies in regards to pop-ups and registering to receive our emails. DO NOT TRACK

TERMINATION
Either Yoga Design Lab or You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, Yoga Design Lab shall have the right to immediately terminate your use and any of your accounts in the event of any conduct by you which Yoga Design Lab, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach of this Agreement by you.
