Use:
- Place the Yoga Bolster in the desired position to support your yoga practice, such as under the knees, hips, or back.
- Use it to gently open your chest, as a back bending prop, or to provide extra support during forward bends and legs up the wall.
- The generous size and stability of The Yoga Bolster also makes it ideal for use in deeper yin poses.
Care:
- Remove the outer cover and machine wash in a cold/delicate cycle.
- Hang the cover to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
- Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean the cover.
- The inner cover and filling can be spot cleaned as needed.
- To maintain the shape and integrity of The Yoga Bolster, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.

International Orders outside of US, Canada, UK, EU
International orders generally ship from the United States and take 3-7 business days and time to pass through customs.*

Our US warehouse processes online orders between Monday and Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 pm (Central Time) will not be processed until the following business day. Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. Weather conditions may affect transit times as well.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
On international orders shipped from the United States, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the buyer's country. Missing Orders
If your tracking number shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@yogadesignlab.com within 3 days of the delivery date so we can investigate the issue. Very firm, so perfect for restorative yoga.
I enjoy this bolster every day in my daily yoga practice. It's a better design than mini because it's shorter we don't really need that length for anything and has a zipper cover to remove for cleaning and has a grab strap on one end. All that and it's just stunningly beautiful. As nice in person as on the Internet
Absolutely beautiful! It is firm but comfortable. Material is soft. Made very well. I highly recommend this product. Very fast delivery too.
This is a great bolster. I've also used it as a pillow and a meditation cushion in a pinch. It's size weight and density really make it excel as a bolster though. The material is strong and it's held up fantastically so far. Price seems a bit high but so far it's really delivered. There are cheaper options out there but you get what you pay for with this one.
