YDL Yoga Hand Towel - Ultra-Grippy, Moisture Absorbing & Quick-Dry

This is exactly what I was looking for, a hand towel to place on the floor or over a mat and do push ups, planks, commandos and other HIIT workouts without my hands, forearms or elbows slipping. This towel works great for that. I'm getting a second one. I just wish there were more designs available, including single color options.

I got this as part of a bundle (mat, towel, strap), and I enjoy its design as well as its ability to absorb condensation and still hold a grip. Great for hot yoga or just exercise in general.

Until this towel, I couldn't justify the price of purchasing a yoga towel. I had previously just used extra towels we had in home. This towel is worth the price (and then some!). It's absorbant, thick without being bulky, and machine washable. Highly recommend.
